At Lumo, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across Pakistan. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations — stay tuned!

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over PKR 5,000 within major cities.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us and you may be charged for re-shipping.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumobeauty.pk with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
