Refund policy

At Lumo, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty and skincare products cannot be returned. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are also non-returnable.

To initiate a return, email us at support@lumobeauty.pk with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
